Two-Time Olympic Rower & Ironman 70.3 Champion

Born and bred in Perth, Western Australia. I’ve spent most of my time in the last decade rowing, which gave me the opportunity to travel and race around the world. I am fortunate enough to have been to the Beijing and London Olympics representing Australia in the Lightweight Four as well as Winning the World Championships in the four in 2011 and a Silver in the same boat in 2010. Started taking triathlon seriously in 2013 and since then i’ve had just about everything go wrong that I could have imagined. My constant companion the RAD roller is helping change all that one aching muscle and stiff knot at a time. My goals include succeeding at Triathlon finally finishing my pilots license and flying anywhere I want.
